Redefining living space.
The prospect of living in a retirement community is typically synonymous with a sedentary lifestyle. Day after day of sitting around with other folks who do the same. All in a space that matches the energy. Meritage Active Adult communities redefines retirement living by offering luxurious individual homes and luxurious amenities to keep things active. So, a campaign was developed to do just that: put Meritage luxury on full display with a little “pep in the step”.
Living in an active rhythm.
The cornerstone of the campaign were video shorts with a matter-of-fact design approach of home/amenity juxtaposition. It showed what luxury living can be, but also everything that’s needed is right there. The final punch needed was jazz to amplify the active feel of the amenities. Static banners mirrored that same emphasis, just without the audible bebop.
